Building strong communities through giving back is an integral part of Oil Pipestream’s values. Giving back is part of our DNA – it’s an integral part of who we are and our values - and there is no end to the creative and impactful ways our people have shown up for their communities.
Through Empower, our workforce giving program, we support and encourage our workforce to give back to their communities in ways that resonate with them personally, through fundraising, donating, volunteering, or even simple acts of kindness that help make the world a better place.
The Empower program has been a driving force for positive change in the lives of our people and the communities they serve since 2013. Each year, we see our people’s generosity continue to grow.
In 2020, through Empower, we contributed C$5.5 million and logged over 22,550 volunteer hours for more than 4,200 deserving causes across Canada, the U.S. and Mexico.
